Kelci Jackson, Au.D., is the owner and audiologist of Basin Hearing Solutions. Originally from Scottsbluff, Nebraska Kelci earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2015. This ensured she would forever be a Husker fan. After completing her clinical externship at the Omaha VA Medical Center, she relocated to Williston where she immersed herself in private practice audiology and quickly developed a passion for serving the communities of western North Dakota.
In 2022, Kelci purchased the practice and established Basin Hearing Solutions, a name chosen as a tribute to the region she is proud to call home. She is dedicated to providing personalized hearing healthcare and helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing and communication.
Outside the office, Kelci enjoys spending time with her two children, who keep the family busy with hockey, dance, and baseball activities throughout the year. When she is not cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys canning homegrown goods, spending time with family and traveling. The family also has a miniature dachshund, Dottie, who adds plenty of energy and entertainment to the home.
Kelci is grateful to serve the people of western North Dakota and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered hearing care to individuals and families across the region.
